Meetings of Sri Lanka Astronomical Association takes place monthly at a public venue. Meeting consist of a special lecture followed by presentations and discussion.

Previous meetings have held at British Council, Subodhi Institute, Sri Lanka Association for Advancement of Science and Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies.
